Coming to the NSW Southern  Highlands for a weekend and would like to get your holiday hour or rental property catered, so you can relax and not worry about cooking? We can organise everything for you and have it ready and waiting for you at your rental property. We Create, You Complete.

Friday Arrival - $45 per head

  • Cheese platter - 3 x cheeses, assorted crackers, nuts fruit, hommus & fresh vegetable sticks

Choose your main  to heat and serve

  • Slow cooked beef & pork in red wine cottage pie topped with potato and parmesan (gf)

  • Creamy chicken & leek pie with fresh lemon zest and herbs

  • Beef lasagne

  • Baby spinach and ricotta lasagne with gorgonzola & toasted pine nuts (v)

  • Roasted chicken maryland pieces (backbone removed, leg bone intact) marinated in fresh fennel, orange juice, mustard and fennel seeds

Accompanied with 

  • Rocket, spanish onion parmesan salad with a caramelised balsamic dressing

  • Fresh baguettes or garlic bread

Breakfast #5 - $25 per head (minimum 10)

  • Breakfast trifles - layered macerated strawberries, organic vanilla yoghurt, blueberries topped with a crunchy granola served in individual glass tumblers (v, gf)

  • English muffins, free range eggs, bacon, mushrooms

  • 2L Orange juice

Lunch #1 - $65 per head for full lunch menu (minimum 10) 

  • Glazed leg ham served on a ham stand (gf) 

  • Baked trout topped with a yoghurt tahini dressing, fresh herb salad & toasted pine nuts (gf)

  • Roast vegetable frittata (gf, v)

  • Brown rice, toasted macadamia, carrot, currant salad with an soy Asian dressing

  • Rissoni pasta, roasted grape tomatoes, shaved parmesan with a 3-herb dressing 

  • Grape or heirloom tomato salad with mozzarella & fresh basil with red wine vinegar dressing

  • Mesclun salad leaves with a white wine liquor dressing (gf, v)

  • Potato, celery, buttermilk egg mayonnaise, salad with fresh dill (gf, v)

  • Cos lettuce and orange salad with a honey vinaigrette dressing (gf, v)

  • Mini zucchini & fetta tarts

  • Mini scones with jam and whipped cream

  • 12 x mini petite fours

for an extra charge of $150 your high tea lunch can be presented on vintage style trio crockery set, trio cake stands, bone handle knives, linen napkins & tablecloths.

Desserts - $8 per head (minimum 10)

  • Chocolate hazelnut torte topped with fresh strawberries and dusted with icing sugar, served with vanilla ice-cream

  • Pavlova topped with fresh seasonal fruit
