Servicing Broken Head and surrounding areas of Byron Bay up to the Gold Coast Hinterland, we can have on your arrival a weekend menu. Choose from below and we will create and deliver and leave you with instructions on how to complete! 

Weekend Menu - $160.00 per head (minimum 6 adults)

ARRIVAL:

  • Cheese platter - 3 x cheeses, assorted crackers, nuts fruit, hummus & fresh vegetable celery & carrot sticks, prosciutto, salami slices

Choose one main ready to heat and serve (additional man dish $35ph). 

  • Slow cooked beef & pork in red wine cottage pie topped with potato and parmesan (gf)

  • Creamy chicken & leek pie with fresh lemon zest and herbs

  • Authentic Italian lasagna

  • Baby spinach and ricotta lasagna with gorgonzola & toasted pine nuts (v)

  • Roasted chicken Maryland pieces (backbone removed, leg bone intact) marinated in fresh fennel, orange juice, mustard and fennel seeds with baby roast potatoes

Accompanied with 

  • Rocket, Spanish onion parmesan salad with a caramelised balsamic dressing 

  • Fresh baguettes or garlic bread 

BREAKFAST TO START YOUR WEEEKEND AWAY

Individual breakfast trifles - layered macerated strawberries, organic vanilla yoghurt, blueberries topped with a crunchy granola (v, gf)

  • Sourdough, butter, locally produced jam

  • Muffin size bacon & egg pastry pies (heat & serve) (2 pies per person)

  • 2L Orange juice

  • Bacon, free range eggs, smoked salmon

Don't want to leave your amazing weekender, stay in and relax and have lunch.

Lunch #1 - $120 per head for full lunch menu (minimum 6) 

  • 1/2 glazed leg ham served on a ham stand (gf) 

  • Baked trout topped with a yoghurt tahini dressing, fresh herb salad & toasted pine nuts (gf)

  • Roast vegetable frittata (gf, v) 

Choose 3 x salads or 2 x + 1 x tray of baked potatoes

  • Brown rice, toasted macadamia, carrot, currant salad with an soy Asian dressing

  • Rissoni pasta, roasted grape tomatoes, shaved parmesan with a 3-herb dressing 

  • Grape or heirloom tomato salad with mozzarella & fresh basil with red wine vinegar dressing

  • Mesclun salad leaves with a white wine liquor dressing (gf, v)

  • Potato, celery, buttermilk egg mayonnaise, salad with fresh dill (gf, v)

  • Assortment of sliced baguettes, sourdough basket, cubed butter

  • Tray of baked potatoes

Choose 1 x dessert

  • Chocolate hazelnut torte topped with fresh strawberries and dusted with icing sugar, served with vanilla ice-cream

  • Pavlova topped with fresh seasonal fruit (gf)

  • Lattice apple pie with vanilla ice-cream 

Lunch #2 - BBQ package - $140.00per head (minimum 6)

  • Assortment of quality butchers meat (sausages, steaks, rissoles)

  • Baked trout topped with a yoghurt tahini dressing, fresh herb salad & toasted pine nuts (gf)

  • Roast vegetable frittata (gf)
